Therefore, any delivery date provided, whether verbally or in writing, does not constitute a binding commitment and may be adjusted as progress is made in the evaluation, execution, and validation of the required tasks. We expressly reserve the right to modify, extend, or reschedule delivery times when necessary to ensure the proper implementation, integrity, and quality of the service offered.
